Brad is the founder and CEO of Three Rivers Wealth Management Group, Inc. and is a registered representative of Mid Atlantic Capital Corporation.
Brad began his professional career as a financial advisor with one of the leading financial planning firms in the industry. After building a strong and respectable client base, Brad was promoted into a leadership role with the company. In 2004 he became the Field Vice President for the South Hills Region of Pittsburgh. Within the first 19 months under his leadership, his office ascended from the bottom ten percent of the company’s evaluation scorecard, to the top ten ranked offices in the country. In 2007 he was given the leadership of the entire Pittsburgh region.
Upon seeing the effects of the financial crisis in 2009 on his advisors and their clients, Brad saw a need for a more personalized, comprehensive, relationship-based financial planning process. He wanted to provide a confluence of services that included additional benefits such as tax preparation, accounting and legal services with the financial planning process. Hence, Three Rivers Wealth Management Group was born.
Throughout his financial services career Brad has earned his ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), AWMA (Accredited Wealth Manager Accreditation) as well as numerous industry designations including; Series 4, Series7, Series 24, Series 51, Series 63, Series 66 and is registered in 35 US states. His distinguished career has brought him considerable recognition including three Outstanding Leader Awards and eight Circle Of Success Achievement Awards. In addition to these accomplishments, Brad served on the Board of the Pittsburgh Financial Planning Association.
Brad graduated with a Bachelor’s Of Science Degree in Business Administration and married his high school sweetheart. He and his wife, Kristi are the proud parents of three boys, Alex, Nicholas & Kameron. Brad values the time he spends with his family and is proud to be involved with the youth of our community through coaching soccer, serving as a Board member, sponsoring local youth baseball teams and volunteering at his son’s Elementary School. At various times throughout the year, Kristi and Brad arrange fundraising and support for various local and national causes. Some of these events have included building bicycles for children at the local women’s shelter, working with the Pink Pamper to support local woman undergoing breast cancer treatment, founding the Kid’s Club “Operation Santa” – a Christmas toy drive for local children in need, fundraising for the Wounded Warrior Project, sending packages to soldiers serving overseas, personally writing Christmas cards and sending gifts to injured soldiers at Walter Reed Medical Hospital, providing school supplies for children in need, “Easter Bunny Airlines” – which delivered 2,500 stuffed Easter Eggs to the 911th AirWing Family Egg Hunt, Easter Baskets of toys and supplies for Easter Brunch for many local families. In addition they actively support Heroes Supporting Heroes (locally based), the Carrick Brain Center Veterans Division, Washington City Mission, Alpha House and PA Connecting Communities. Brad and Kristi were recognized for their philanthropy as a “Couple For The Cure” by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in 2011 and Brad also donates his time as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
